Adalyn’s 1st Annual Angel Walk – June 2, 2021
50/50 Drawing Information:
Tickets for the 50/50 drawing are $5 each.
You can purchase your 50/50 tickets through PayPal or Venmo: shannabanana00@yahoo.com
After purchasing your tickets, you MUST complete the following steps:
Send an e-mail to actsforadalyn@outlook.com.
In the subject line please put 50/50 TICKETS
In the e-mail include your name & number of tickets purchased
Attach a copy of your receipt from PayPal or Venmo for your ticket purchase
Once we have confirmed your purchase, we will respond with your ticket numbers
You can also prepay for your 50/50 tickets if you are an in-person participant for Adalyn’s Angel Walk.
The night of the event tickets will be sold as CASH ONLY.
You can purchase your 50/50 tickets starting SUNDAY, MAY 23, 2021.
The last day to purchase 50/50 tickets through PayPal or Venmo is SUNDAY, MAY 31, 2021.
Tickets will not be sold through PayPal or Venmo after 11:00 pm EST on MAY 31st
Any money received through PayPal or Venmo after that time is considered a donation to the Acts For Adalyn Foundation.
The WINNER will be drawn at the Angel Walk after Adalyn’s Memorial.
The WINNER will be listed on the Acts For Adalyn Foundation, Inc.’s Facebook page on June 3, 2021, along with ALL the raffle winners.
If you are not present to win, Acts For Adalyn Foundation will mail you a check.
If you are the WINNER, please send an e-mail to actsforadalyn@outlook.com to claim your prize. Be sure to include your mailing address for the check.
The winner must claim the 50/50 prize by 8:00pm EST on Saturday, June 5, 2021.
If the prize $ is left unclaimed after 8:00pm EST on Saturday, June 5, 2021, it will be donated to the Acts For Adalyn Foundation.
