Adalyn’s 1st Annual Angel Walk – June 2, 2021
Registered Angel Walk Participants (in person or virtual) receive (1) FREE raffle ticket for every (10) raffle tickets purchased.
Tickets for the raffle are $1 per ticket (registered participants get (11) tickets for $10).
All raffle items will be numbered and posted on the Acts For Adalyn Foundation, Inc., Facebook page under Albums.
You can purchase your raffle tickets through PayPal or Venmo: firstname.lastname@example.org
After purchasing your tickets, you MUST complete the following steps:
Send an e-mail to email@example.com.
In the subject line please put RAFFLE TICKETS
In the e-mail include your name & number of tickets purchased
Make sure the name provided is the name you used to register for Adalyn’s Angel Walk if you are using the registration discount on raffle tickets.
Attach a copy of your receipt from PayPal or Venmo for your ticket purchase.
Once we have confirmed your purchase, we will respond with your ticket numbers.
You can also prepay for your raffle tickets if you are an in-person participant for Adalyn’s Angel Walk.
The night of the event tickets will be sold as CASH ONLY.
The last day to purchase raffle tickets through PayPal or Venmo is SUNDAY, MAY 31, 2021.
Tickets will not be sold through PayPal or Venmo after 8:00 pm EST on MAY 31st.
Any money received through PayPal or Venmo after that time is considered a donation to the Acts For Adalyn Foundation.
Raffle items and their number will be listed on Facebook: Acts For Adalyn Foundation, Inc., under Albums, Angel Walk 2021
Raffle will open on May 28th and close on May 31st at 8:00pm EST.
Reply back to your confirmation e-mail with the Raffle Item’s # (s) and the number of your tickets you want entered to win for each raffle item you choose.
We will put your tickets numerically into each raffle item’s bucket.
Winners will be drawn at the Angel Walk after Adalyn’s Memorial.
ALL winners will be listed on each raffle item’s photo on June 3rd.
If you are not present to win you will need to pay the shipping costs for your item.
Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to claim your item. Include your mailing address and we will send you the exact cost that you will need to pay for shipping. Once paid, we will mail your item.
Acts For Adalyn Foundation is not responsible for any packages once they are received by USPS. Any missing or damaged items will need to file a claim with the USPS.
All raffle items must be claimed no later than June 5th at 8:00pm (at 8:30pm EST we will draw a new winner for that item)
(Please be patient with us, this is Acts For Adalyn’s first fundraising event. We will do everything we can to make it a smooth process but if we hit a bump…hang on while we will figure out a solution.)
